HI I'M MEL
Eating and drinking is pure pleasure for me. My heart beats for artisan foods and beverages, from harvest or production to consumption.

Hence local specialties have always been my number one souvenir. Whether coffee beans or the sweet & savory specialty of the region, city or country I have visited. It wasn't much different when coming to Vermont for the first time in 2021.
I was blown away by the amount of makers and their amazing products. I have seen and experienced the beauty of personal connection, but also the problems.
Many of these passionate makers are struggling to survive in their businesses and I want to help with that. I want to see them grow and thrive.
I’ve got eight years of experience in the food & beverage industry as a Consultant, Content Creator and Food Photographer with a 15 years background in Marketing & Communications.
